SUSAN TYLER
Susan has been a member of the BGS team since 2002. She brings her personable style of customer services from previous real estate employment. Susan prides herself on her ability to match guests with most suitable service providers for the ultimate in customer service satisfaction. Susan is also the director for the BGS spa operations. Her goal is to make sure every guest has their expectations exceeded!

CHRIS SMITH
Chris has been in the salon industry since 1993 and a member of the BGS team since 2002. He attended Neill Quality College and the Daymaker guest services program to further his knowledge towards excellent customer service.
